- Raked seating – 124 permanent; max out at 160 with additional seating; also available as a 99 seat house
- Mid-stage black “traveler,” 3 “legs,” 1 “teaser”
- Complete lighting & sound package
- 200amp/240 volt, 3 phase disconnect with camlock tails
- Tech Booth with “god mic” to Dressing Rooms, Electricians Booth, Box Office and Lobby
- 3 Dressing Rooms for 25 actors with 3 costume racks, iron & ironing board
- Actor’s Lounge with 2 unisex bathrooms, actors’ shower, mini-fridge, washer & dryer,pull-out sofa and chairs

Payment Schedule: Half the total at signing; balance and security on the 1 st of the month in which the company performs
